My style and approach
Ialways strive to know my couples who I will be photographing as I want to know what is important to you, your individual style, and what you care the most about. When it comes to wedding photography I aim to look at the event through your eyes. I often shoot in a creative yet candid documentary style, blending in and unobtrusively recording the day as it unfolds, capturing beautiful people and their beautiful emotions. During your wedding ceremony and beyond, I see and record all the small but meaningful details as well as the big moments. When your guests are enjoying their drinks, we can escape to have some time on our own to capture a few romantic moments. For the rest of the time though, I am recording the beauty of your wedding day love story as it happens for you to cherish. After all, memories may fade but the photographs stay bright and vibrant forever more.
Why choose Southampton for your wedding?
S outhampton is close to my heart as this is the first city I lived in when moving from Poland way back in 2011. In my spare time I used to take my camera to check out some of the amazing venues and not so well-known but stunning places for wedding photography. Sometimes my clients ask me where may be nice to take some on location wedding photos that are near their chosen venue. With my research, I can usually think of some nice spots.
The Southampton Harbour Hotel and Spa is the next best thing to getting married on a cruise ship but with your feet firmly on land. This is a cruise ship-shaped hotel in Ocean Village Marina. The Bow reception room has breathtaking panoramic views of the marina whereas The Needles room is smaller with gorgeous marina views.
More recently any Titanic lovers may fancy the SeaCity Museum. This tells the story of the people of the city, their fascinating lives and historic connections with Titanic and the sea through an interactive experience. The shapes and curves inside and outside the museum are amazing for that special couple to base their photographic background on.
Then there is the Ageas Bowl Cricket Ground where you can have a photo on the famous outfield. There is also the option to sign the cricket bat which is a quirky addition to your big day!
